Parents: I can administer an individualized diagnostic reading assessment. This will review and report on students for decoding (reading), encoding (writing), reading fluency, and comprehension. I also included detailed review, assessment, and report on the results. Parents and teachers may choose to share this information with their child’s teachers and administrators in order to ensure the best learning outcomes possible.

Homeschoolers: I give an individualized diagnostic reading assessment, and then work with parents to create a strategy for improving outcomes. I can work with you to develop a strategy plan that targets your child’s specific needs in Reading, Writing, and Spelling. I can also work with groups of homeschoolers to help multiple parents and families get the skills they need to support their children, as well as create a community to support each other.

Schools and Organizations: The need for dyslexia training in screening and assessment is rising, and many governments and organizations are mandating training in this area. As a Certified Advanced Barton Educator, I provide services in student assessment and screening, so help can be provided early. I also provide teacher and administrator workshops, classes, and education specific to helping dyslexic students, including Phonology, Morphology, and multisensory techniques.
